Leading with Passion and Purpose

Lok Bahadur Budha, born on October 25, 1986, is a dedicated volleyball coach and former national player from Nepal. He has received the Best Coach of the Year award from the Nepal Volleyball Association and has completed coaching certifications like the FIVB Level I Coaching Course. With over 10 years of experience as the Head Coach of the TAC Volleyball Team, he has also worked with Nepal’s U23 National Team and collaborated with international coaches. Lok is fluent in Nepali, English, and Hindi.

Volleyball, the national game of Nepal and a prominent sports across 77 districts in Nepal. The sport enjoys immense popularity among the youth and enthusiast, particularly in Kathmandu. A volleyball event often attract significant crowds, highlighting the passion and enthusiasm for the game.

Kathmandu has been hosting numerous matches and tournaments both national and international on its turf every now and then. From the first National Volleyball Competition held in 1970s to weekend spiking at Tinkune and Naya Buspark, till date, never ever had Kathmandu diminished its passion over volleyball.
